Splash Dive Guides & Boat Operators

Our workforce consists of a total of 6 diving guides, which 4 out of 6 are local natives.
Three out of this four have a total of 17 years experience of employment with us and are professionally engaged in our daily activity.

The democratic institution and American style of education was introduced to Palauan people therefore our Palauan Instructors speak, read, and write fluently.
Nevertheless, we also employ Japanese Dive Guides & Instructors to communication with Japanese speaking guests. We have five (5) PADI Instructors and one Dive Master.
Our skilled Boat Operators and experienced Dive Guides work together in harmony for an extensive amount of years to secure safety and guarantee satisfaction during open sea and underwater activity tours with us.

Distinction

All of our friendly Guides are employed full-time.
They have been involved in this type of activity for almost 2 decades now and they can work and relate amongs others with accordance in one goal only and that is to perform, service and ensure divers safety & satisfaction.
Unlike the Koror State Regulation that reccomends a ratio of 1:10( 1Guide : 10Divers) that's one divemaster to 10 divers, Splash enforces a much safer ratio which is reduced to 1:6 (1guide : 6divers), one dive master to six divers and an assistant divemaster along with that group of six divers if necessary.

Reservation

Applicants must book the tour reservation one day prior to activity day before 5:00pm.
Please make early reservations before peak season as the space is limited during these times of the year.

Prerequisite

On the applicants first activity date it is a must he/she obtains the following items:

*Vouchuer ( if any )
*Certification card
*and purchase one of the 2 types of state permit.   see the Tour General info

#A voucher is needed only if the applicant's diving was booked through an agent.
#A certification card allows you to dive with splash

Rental gears are also best checked first thing in the morning to avoid congestion during busy check-in time.
